Meet M. Mohammad
Practitioner first, author second. Every workflow in this series was tested on a live project before it earned a page.
M. Mohammad is a tech industry veteran with over a decade of hands-on experience — more than seven years of it in senior management and leadership spanning Business Analysis, Operations, and Project Management.
Having built and led cross-functional teams of twenty-five or more across SaaS, MedTech, and data-driven platforms, M. Mohammad brings a rare combination of strategic depth and ground-level execution. The career arc — from Business Analyst to BA Manager to Operations Manager to Project Manager — isn't incidental to these books. It's the source of the multi-perspective approach that shapes every chapter.
With daily working expertise across JIRA, ClickUp, Power BI, Tableau, and five AI platforms, the workflows and prompts in this series are tested on live projects, refined under real delivery pressure, and validated against the demands of regulated, commercially sensitive, and technically complex environments.
"When AI tools arrived, I didn't write about them — I ran my projects with them. The Tech Manager's Playbook Series is the field manual I wish someone had handed me: which tool, which task, which prompt, and where it breaks."
"If you manage projects, requirements, or operations in tech, these books were written at your desk." — M. MOHAMMAD
The thesis
No single AI tool wins
Tool-to-task fit
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity each win at different work. The series' core skill is knowing which to open for the task in front of you — the wrong tool costs more time than no tool at all.
Workflows over prompts
A prompt is a sentence; a workflow is a sequence with decision logic and a review step. The product here is the workflow — the prompt is just the part you copy.
The judgment layer
Every prompt in the series ends with a Watch-for: where AI output goes wrong on this exact task. Knowing the failure mode is what a decade of practice buys — and what a prompt dump can't.
